Oxford Municipal Court
Municipal Court for the City of Oxford is held every Wednesday. Arraignments are held at 10:00a.m. and trials start at 1:00p.m. The Oxford Municipal Court is located on the second floor of Oxford City Hall. The Oxford City Hall building is at 107 Courthouse Square, on the east side of the Oxford Square.
Some tickets and fines may be paid at the Court Clerk's office on the second floor of City Hall. The Oxford Police Department does not accept payment of any tickets or fines. For questions about your ticket, fine, subpoena, or court date, please call the Court Clerk's office at (662) 232-2320. Proper court house attire is required when court is in session. There shall be no hats, tank tops, or cut-offs during court. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers prior to entering the courtroom and no cameras or recording devices are allowed unless approved by the judge.
