The Honor Guard is led by Captain Ray Sockwell.  Captain Sockwell is a 14 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served two combat tours in Iraq.  Officer Paul Garner is the co-commander of the Honor Guard.  Officer Garner is an 8 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served a combat tour in Iraq during 2003.  If you would like to have the Oxford P.D. Honor Guard to perform at your function, please contact Captain Ray Sockwell or Officer Paul Garner.
