The support staff of the Oxford Police Department consists of the records clerk, data clerk, secretary to the chiefs, and the receptionist.  The records and data clerks have the responsibility of filing and storing all offense and accident reports as well as maintaining all arrest reports and arrest files on people that are taken into custody by the Oxford Police Department.
