The administration staff of the Oxford Police Department consists of the Secretary to the Chiefs, Senior Records Clerk, Assistant Records Clerk, and the Receptionist.  The records and data clerks have the responsibility of filing and storing all offense and accident reports as well as maintaining all arrest reports and arrest files on people that are taken into custody by the Oxford Police Department.
